Job Responsibilities:

Supporting IBM's customers, sales force and Business Partners from initial sales support through contract signing, invoicing and revenue collection
Acceptance of HW and SW Maintenance Services contracts, modify contracts, cancellations, update inventory, invoicing and reporting activities
Supporting customers, Business Partners and IBM counterparts in these countries
Dealing with Technical Support Services queries
